Chango!

Hello! This is Chango El Chupacabra, official mascot of Austin's premier tabletop gaming convention, debuting in January 2014. See www.chupacabracon.com for details. Man this little bastard was difficult! Unfortunately, his palette was arranged to be displayed on backgrounds of a medium lightness, so he could be put on lots of different stuff, so on white the black looks a little dark and flat. Also, muchos thankyous to for an assist on the design!
